Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing or enrolling in courses at RISE1 India. We strive to provide premium educational content and business automation services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

1. AI Academy Courses

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all individual course purchases inside the AI Academy, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course lectures.

If you are unsatisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Please specify your order number, account details, and the reason for the refund request.

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

RISE1 India memberships (monthly or yearly plans) can be cancelled at any time from your Student Portal. Cancellations will stop the next billing cycle.

Please note that subscription renewals are non-refundable. We recommend cancelling your membership at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic billing.

3. Business Automation & Development Services

Our customized business automation setups, AI Agent programming, and website developments involve custom labor, resource provisioning, and setup costs.

As a result, setup deposits and fees for client development work are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced as per the signed service agreements. Detailed cancellation guidelines are specified inside each respective service agreement contract.

4. Processing Time

Approved refund requests are processed within 5-7 working days and credited back automatically to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.) via our billing gateway.
